The External Resource Management (ERM) department of Inter Access was founded some years ago in order to optimally manage the hiring of freelancers and other self-employed personnel. In doing so, we offer a variety of additional services.
At ERM we maintain durable contacts with our freelance professionals. So we know all about their level of knowledge, qualities, experience and availability. Furthermore, we always have a pre-intake meeting with the selected candidate, during which we discuss the company profile, the culture and other specific circumstances. We have developed our own procedure for these meetings.
