What is a BI Competence Center (BICC)?
A BICC is an entity within the company whose task it is to successfully implement the Business Intelligence (BI) projects in the organization. Depending on the size of the company, this entity may be a proper business unit or a virtual organization within the company. A BICC calls for both business and technical skills. This means that business and IT personnel need to be involved.
